Significant Know-how: • Development of New Business-Areas, from strategy to sales implementation in new countries or for new products • Project manager for complex engineering, management or acquisition projects (Purchasing, Due-Diligences, Merger & Acquisition, Post Merger Integration…) • Production Director: Industrialization and production of innovative products in electronics or mechanics • Expert for implementation of new technologies, Photovoltaic Modules, LEAN Management Results: Management: - Direction of a manufacturing site of >100 persons - Buildup of new departments, management of intercultural and interdisciplinary teams Commercial: - Employment of new markets in France, the UK, US, Germany and Switzerland - Sales volume of photovoltaic modules: 50 Mio EUR in 2016 - Follow up of acquisitions (M&A, DD, PMI) within the creation of Bosch Solar Energy Projects: - Ramp up of the biggest manufacturing site of photovoltaic modules in France - Reorganisation of the structure of 17 manufacturing sites, centres of competences, in Bosch Automotive Electronics, in a multicultural environment
- Business-Development and Product management - Sales (> 100 MWp Photovoltaic Modules in 2016, >50 Mio EUR) - Sales development in Europe and overseas, USA - Direction of Development of PV-Modules with its integration in the Production Line Processes - Advanced Procurement, Market Survey, Marketing and Press activities
- Management of all manufacturing site matters of the complete value chain operations (135 Employees) - Marketing and Market-survey activities. All customer relations at Vénissieux site. - Responsible for Sales PV-Modules Germany, Spain, Italy, Swiss, Benelux … Site: Capacity of 200MW PV-Modules in Vénissieux (largest manufacturing site in France)
