With over 8 years of experience in engineering management and leadership, I am the Chief Technology Officer at konfetti, a digital platform that connects event organizers and attendees. My mission is to build and empower a diverse and inclusive engineering team that works collaboratively and iteratively to deliver great products to customers that add business value to the organization.
At the moment I'm taking some personal time off to focus on family, well-being and what to do next. Some of the activities I engaged with during this period included German lessons, traveling, running, surf lessons, volunteering work at my kid's school, and also advisory work on CRO, book reading — work related but not exclusively — and networking with former colleagues.
