I help companies in their journey toward World Class Manufacturing by improving the quality of their design, and increasing the robustness of their processes. I focus on Operational Excellence, Industrialization, DFx, and Digital Transformation. In the past 25 years, I have helped start-up companies move their manufacturing from a garage to a custom built plant, and I also helped fortune 500 companies improve their processes using Lean philosophy and 6-Sigma tools. My international career spans multiple industries (automotive, aerospace, renewable energy, water desalination, oil and gas, consumer goods, and IoT). This rich experience gives me the ability to quickly grasp the challenges facing the production of complex products. My pragmatic and hands-on approach to (manufacturing) challenges helps make the risks visible and allows the teams to bring these risks to an acceptable level.
