I have good experience in building large scale systems. I have experience in Microservice architecture , distributed systems , BigData pipelines and platform. I have experience in solving many problems related to distributed systems (e.g. Idempotency, Multi-txn Workflows, Distributed txn handling, Idempotent Retries, Inconsistency & Recoverability Detection, 2PC). Worked on multiple Stream and Batch data pipelines and built Self-serve platform to onboard data. I have also good experience in Hyperlocal Delivery, Inventory Management and E-commerce domains.

Leading Multiple Business Initiatives - Integration with ONDC network while present Dunzo as SellerApp. It involves various challenges like High Scale Catalog Sync with Buyer Network Participents, integrating o ers, registering various sellers across categories etc. - IPL - 2022 Campaign scaleup, load tests and preparation - Single Pickup and Multi Drop Tasks for Businesses - Introducing Full Merchant Stack in Dunzo for marketplace - Introducing Dynamic Pricing Engine Cloud Migration [AWS to GCP] Major project I worked on this year and led a 7-8 people team. I was responsible for arch, design, code and delivery. We worked on approximately 70 web services / workers to move from AWS to GCP. I worked with a team to do live data migration with planned late night smaller downtimes for the datastores, which include - PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Pub-Sub, Redis etc. We also solved for binay switch (in strongly consistent systems) and A/B (for eventually consistent systems), with all the possible swithover, rollback and roll-fowrard scenario.
Re-Architecture of complete Dunzo Picture from legacy services to microservice Worked on a blueprint for the microservices in Dunzo, earlier we had few legacy service is python and nodejs, Introduced Golang as a type safe language wrote starter kits to launch services, build a plan for moving out complete user path from legacy services, designed and implemented around 8 microservice with the help of 2 more engineers and made them live, which are scaling fine.
Monolith to Microservice [Warehouse/Hub Management System] Working in a team of 12 people, we broke the complete inbound process in Warehouse to a microservice based architecture, we built around 30 services collaboratively. I single handedly worked on following services, with help of senior mentorship.1. Nodes ) 1. Apollo - API Gateway for Microservices 2. Classification Service -Service to classify after quality checks in multiple buckets. 3. Transfer Service - Solely Responsible for transfer of any item from one container to another, be it shelf, tote, pallet, staging area, everything is modeled as inventory and containers. 4. Notification Adapter - A pub sub mapping service which gets event from Kafka and redirects after mapping 5. Search Platform - Reducing use of Replica data store which are di cult to store, moved all the read and join use cases to this service which serves query from ElasticSearch
