Support the daily operations of the studio while delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective members. Manage front desk operations, serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, and build relationships through phone, text, and in-person communication. Educate prospective members on the HOTWORX fitness model and membership options, conduct trial workout sessions, and assist with merchandise sales. Maintain a clean, organized studio environment while developing consultative sales and communication skills that contribute to member satisfaction and studio growth.
Direct the logistical and operational functions of SMU's Mock Trial team, which competes in simulated courtroom trials against universities across the country. Coordinate tournament preparation, manage competition materials and team resources, and streamline operations to support the team's success in competition.
