The Resident Advisor (RA) is tasked with building inclusive communities that focus on learning, leadership, and meaningful relationships throughout the semester. RAs are one support system students living on campus have access to at any time of the day/night.
A Peer Mentor is an experienced student who acts as a guide to incoming freshmen who have joined a specific Community. I assist as a mentor in the Leadership Living Learning Community (L3C). The incoming freshmen take a course in leadership, so I act as an assistant to the directors of the L3C and as a support system to these students in and out the classroom setting.
