Most educational systems don’t fail because of lack of information. They fail because they don’t fully understand human behavior, emotional engagement, and psychological motivation. For over 26+ years, I have worked across marketing, business operations, lead generation, consulting, communication strategy, and growth ecosystems — helping organizations understand not just how people learn, but why they engage, trust, respond, and convert. My experience spans B2B, B2C, D2C, consulting, publishing, behavioral positioning, and educational ecosystems, including work associated with student engagement, admissions growth, communication systems, and learning-oriented environments. I currently focus on the intersection of: • Psychology • Behavioral learning systems • Student engagement • Education growth strategy • Communication architecture • Emotional intelligence • Human-centered learning ecosystems Alongside my professional journey, I am also pursuing MA Psychology while building research-driven frameworks exploring emotional cognition, behavioral response systems, symbolic processing, and psycho-behavioral assessment models. I am the author of 649+ publications across multiple genres including psychology, human behavior, relationships, emotional intelligence, strategy, paranormal studies, and self-development. Over the years, one thing has become clear to me: People rarely make decisions logically first. They respond emotionally, psychologically, behaviorally, and socially before logic catches up. That insight has shaped the way I approach: • Education systems • Student psychology • Learning engagement • Growth strategy • Communication frameworks • Leadership positioning • Behavioral retention systems My strengths lie in: • Education growth strategy • Behavioral engagement systems • Student conversion psychology • Strategic communication • Multi-domain operational leadership • Branding & authority building • Human behavior analysis • Research-driven framework development I am especially interested in contributing toward: • EdTech leadership • Behavioral learning ecosystems • Student experience design • Psychology-integrated education systems • Research collaborations • Learning engagement innovation • Human-centered educational growth models I believe the future of education will belong to organizations that understand one simple truth: Students are not just users of content. They are emotional, behavioral, psychological, and motivational ecosystems. And the institutions that understand this deeply will shape the future of learning itself.
As a Non-Executive Director at Vancriskhom Publishers, my role focused on strategic oversight, growth enablement, and ecosystem building, rather than day-to-day operations. I worked closely with the leadership team to guide long-term direction while enabling practical growth initiatives across authorship, partnerships, and platform experience. I supported the expansion of the author ecosystem in India, advising on structured onboarding frameworks and partnerships with professionals, educators, consultants, and independent creators across fiction, non-fiction, and niche domains. This helped increase author acquisition and build a scalable publishing pipeline. I provided strategic inputs on publishing portfolio growth, including series-based titles, professional authority books, and digital-first publishing models, improving speed to market and catalog depth. I also contributed to enhancing the end-to-end platform experience for authors—streamlining manuscript intake, publishing workflows, timelines, and post-publish visibility—ensuring clarity, predictability, and trust in the publishing process. Additionally, I supported business and partnership development, enabling collaborations with other businesses and creators who leveraged books as credibility and growth assets, opening new revenue channels for the company. From a governance perspective, I acted as a strategic advisor to leadership on pricing, contracts, brand positioning, and growth decisions—balancing creative ambition with commercial sustainability. Key Outcomes: • Increased author onboarding and publishing activity • Expanded publisher reach across India • Improved platform efficiency and author satisfaction • Strengthened brand positioning as a scalable, author-friendly publisher
