I am a sophomore at Sinclair Community College working towards my associate's degree in business management. Taking college classes has taught me how to be organized and has helped me develop good time management skills. These skills made me realize how important it is that all of my classwork is neat and organized and turned in before or on the due date. For several years, I have been volunteering a few hours a week of my time at a clothing ministry. Volunteering at this clothing ministry has greatly improved my communication skills and has taught me how to get along well with others in a workspace. Working with and helping different people has also helped me learn that it is important to understand the feelings of others, whether it's inside or outside of the workspace. I look forward to gaining more experience and education in the workforce, along with different opportunities to improve upon any weaknesses that I currently possess. I hope to gain further knowledge about business management through future classes and programs.
