About

I am a dedicated and goal-driven graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Physics. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. My passion lies at the intersection of science, the mind, and human behavior. As a strong advocate for mental health, I am deeply committed to improving mental healthcare and supporting the overall well-being of others. My academic and leadership experiences have strengthened my research, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. During my undergraduate education, I developed a strong interest in psychological research while balancing rigorous coursework, leadership roles, and clinical experience. This background further reinforced my passion for understanding human behavior and how to make meaningful contributions to the field of mental health. I thrive in dynamic, high-achieving environments and value growth through both academic study and hands-on experience. As I progress through my graduate training, I am seeking opportunities to deepen my knowledge through clinical research and leadership in preparation for pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. My long-term goal is to become a psychologist and eventually open my own private practice while conducting meaningful clinical research to advance evidence-based practices in the field. I am especially passionate about contributing to the understanding and treatment of mental health challenges in meaningful and compassionate ways. If you're involved in clinical counseling, mental health research, or innovative approaches to psychological care, I’d love to connect and learn from your work.
