Organized the planning of an event for CPS seniors to visit Northwestern University’s campus, in order to provide them with a meaningful experience. Coordinated logistics by reaching out to Northwestern dining services, bus companies, and faculty members, while also overseeing budget.
Served as the primary point of contact for 200+ members and guests daily, delivering a professional and positive experience by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting club programs and events. Enforced pool deck etiquette, youth area code, and safety regulations by proactively monitoring member activity to mitigate risk and maintain a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment. Managed operational workflows, such as towel distribution, all while coordinating with food service and facilities teams to optimize efficiency and uphold a professional, client-focused environment.
Packed over 2,500 boxes of food and supplies for home deliveries to households in need of assistance. Delivered prepared food boxes to specified delivery routes with kindness and courtesy. Acquired communication and teamwork skills while interacting and completing tasks with fellow volunteers.
