About

Hello Everyone! Thank you for stopping by my profile! I am Autumn Williams, a passionate public health professional who believes in the importance of advocacy, research, awareness, and education. I aim to bridge the gap of need within all communities, starting from the grassroots level and building upward. My target population consists of minorities, the underserved, the underrepresented, and the marginalized. These groups have higher prevalence, incidence, and death rates. Over the course of my career, I have focused on three key areas: chronic disease, diabetes, and maternal and infant health. As I continue forward in my career and in my goal of pushing the status quo, I will continue to advocate, educate, and conduct research so that we, as public health leaders and professionals, can continue to move closer to equality and equity for all. I hope you enjoyed learning a little bit about me.
