I've been working on the Alexa app for the last few years, mostly in Android. I recently worked on a subscription service aimed at helping people care for their loved ones using Alexa called Alexa Together. Hoping to get more experience in full stack mobile development and connect with more people.
Alexa App - Alexa Care mobile team (October 2020 - present) • Responsible for Android native app UI and front end service for Alexa Together (formerly Alexa Care Hub) • Worked with product and design teams to deliver app UI and front end service API features for Care Hub, • Alexa Together, and Alexa Emergency Assist • Responsible for React Native cross-platform mobile front end for Alexa Emergency Assist Android Alexa App - Platform team (July 2018 - October 2020) • Maintained common libraries accessible by all other Alexa app feature teams (e.g. metrics, user account information, device information, routing) • Owned various dependency, Android API, and Android OS upgrades • Served as first line of defense for general crashes, issues, and cold start latency - developed skills in quickly diagnosing issues and finding owners
