I am a dispute resolution lawyer with a focus on arbitration and commercial litigation, particularly in the mining, energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors. At Khaitan & Co., I assist clients in navigating complex disputes before both domestic and international forums, with a considered approach to legal strategy and industry context. I appear regularly before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and other High Courts and tribunals across the country. My work spans a range of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, regulatory challenges, and enforcement proceedings. My practice also includes international commercial arbitration (SIAC, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL), matters involving bilateral investment treaties, and issues of international trade law. I maintain a keen interest in public international law and its interface with domestic dispute resolution.
