Directed the department responsible for much of the Bank’s international benchmarking wok, such as the Doing Business Report, and Women, Business, and the Law. Supervised DECIG's 100 staff and its activities which span a range of World Bank products, delivering critically important knowledge to governments, the business community and civil society. Led content development and high-level engagement with multiple stakeholders Managed the finances of the various programs underpinning the activities of DECIG including fund-raising from a variety of donors and representing the Bank at various international conferences
Founded EFD Consulting Network, an international consultancy, based in Geneva and Madrid, specializing in economic, financial and development issues. Clients included Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, Shearman & Sterling, Clifford Chance, Development Assistance Research Associates, among others.
