About

I mobilise infrastructure and climate investment to drive scalable, system-level transformation across Africa and globally. As Director General, I work at the intersection of public, private and development finance capital. I build sustainability & investment platforms, partnerships and delivery models that turn ambition into bankable programmes at scale. I lead Africa growth and sustainability initiatives spanning market entry, partnerships, investment and platform development. My work focuses on expanding access, strengthening institutional capability and connecting capital to credible opportunities across priority markets. My career has focused on bridging strategy, capital and delivery. I led in creating London’s net zero investment pipeline of £34bn and secured over £500m in public funding. I also led the creation of Warmer Homes London, securing £230m to retrofit 22,000 homes. I have delivered major national infrastructure and fiscal programmes within UK Government. I translate complex policy and market opportunities into investable, executable systems. My leadership style is grounded in clarity, pace and accountability. I work across commercial, financial, policy and delivery disciplines to align stakeholders and structure viable models. I navigate complexity while maintaining momentum. I am particularly interested in how blended finance, and public private partnerships can unlock capital at scale and accelerate inclusive growth. I am now focused on building and mobilising scalable investment ecosystems across Africa. I connect capital to credible opportunities and shape delivery architectures that attract long term, patient investment. I am driven by the opportunity to work at system level. I enable governments, institutions and investors to collaborate more effectively and deliver infrastructure, climate and human capital outcomes at scale. If you are interested in systems change, sustainable growth, or how we mobilise capital at scale for Africa’s development, I would value the opportunity to exchange ideas and connect.
