Develop Orange marketing intelligence in the domain of mobile applications, through the aggregation of data from various sources (analytics, social, usage, app stores), and the creation of relevant semantic models for monitoring. -multiplied by 3 the number of KPIs followed, and improved the performance scoring process of Orange applications -enabled the automatic extraction of 95% of data via APIs (with the help of 1 engineer) -divided by 10 to 20 the time necessary to update the assessment files & monthly reports -initiated, led, and fully achieved the reporting migration to a Business Intelligence software (Microsoft Power BI). -created a 50-page document with all guidelines and know-how, for my successor at this position In the end, the set of files had more than 200k rows and data from 10+ sources.
