- Weekly & ad-hoc sales analysis to monitor worldwide performance of key lines and overall business - Action plans development with Supply Chain, Buyers, VM & Production to maximize pillar’s performance by optimizing production flows, stock management & sell-through to exceed commercial target - Collaboration with buyers on product needs to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized - Coordination with the other product categories to maximize coherence through key timings & collections - Showroom forecasts construction & buy follow-up with zones to ensure coherence with Eyewear strategy
Client initiatives - Women & Men universes (+ Watches & Jewellery): collection launches, openings, know-how, local events: - Development of client-oriented event concepts and projects in collaboration with the product teams & support functions (Image, VM, Logistics, IT, Supply…), to meet the zones’ operational challenges: variety of event formats for low and high budget, addressed to top clients, clients to grow and prospects - Daily coordination with the head office teams and all the zones for events’ worldwide implementation - Lead of major client events in Paris or abroad: preparation, support, coordination & follow-up - Client initiatives budgets & impacts: budget attribution & dispatch follow-up per zones by type of actions, periodic impacts analysis by event formats and type of clients, budgeting tool revamping & coordination - Digital projects management: development of websites, web-apps and native applications: * Internal: to offer new efficient and user friendly solutions : budgeting tool, event ordering app * Client addressed: Interactive event web-app for the Dior community, product personalization app
- Monthly reports and qualitative analysis for area managers - KPIs: sales, stocks, deliveries, assortment - Products deliveries follow up, ad-hoc analysis and special propositions to optimize sell-through - Leather optimization: management of production propositions based on available leather stocks - Daily stores support in collaboration with Customer Service and Product Development teams - Showrooms organization, customer service, daily sales reportings and qualitative evaluation
