Govern all Maintenance Systems adopted by the mine 2. Revamp all the planning Systems to effectively support all Work processes 3. Introduce the Reliability culture in all the maintenance trades. 4. Set up an effective execution maintenance team to support operations for production. 5. Position the Integrity of the assets at the heart of the mine for safety and legal compliance. 6. Reshape all the auxiliary support function associated with the fleets ( Bussing, support fleet,...) 7. Develop an Asset Management sustainable model to support strategic visions, LOA (Life Of Assets) within a valid LOM ( Life Of Mine).
Seconded to our sister Company in the region, MUTANDA MINE for a period of six months for a fleet readiness and maintenance restructuration after a period of two years of care and maintenance. Conduct a blitz assessment on the fleets and accommodate the feeding of ore trough ROM pad from Stockpiles and Heap leach materials to the plant while preparing the fleets for a ramp up in operations. Prepare the existing team to a transformational journey from ineffective practices to the asset management by providing the team with the right processes, systems and organizational structure. Uplift skills of the staff members with on task coaching and team ship attitude.
• Optimize the use of available resources (human, logistics, internal skills…). • Work to recover critical assets to agreed integrity baseline. • Achieve industry good standard work quality on the mining fleets. • Reinforce compliance to the asset maintenance plans. • Secure the Life of Mine by executing the maintenance tasks associated with the Equipment Life Cycle to align with budget and Assets performances. • Implement tool time optimization by focusing on the enablers. • Improve facilities associated with world best practices in maintenance. • Develop teams collaboration and cohesiveness, teamship intelligence.

Prepare the venue of the Centralized Maintenance Organization The best way to drive a huge Maintenance organization on various sites for standards is to have one philosophy, one strategy, one head, and one system. KCC management has realized the power and interest of using an Asset Management Tool as a trust data base for Maintenance activities for the owned assets. My current business is to drive the use of AMT all over KCC and deploy new planning offices and coach existing planning offices.
Reporting to Maintenance Manager. Manage the Maintenance Planning structures and resources on Open Pits Mobile Fleets Maintenance Workshop, Underground Mine Fleets and fixed plant, Process Plant and the Concentrator. • Develop basic planning activities with AMT on all Company Assets. • Deploy the Long-term planning associated with the Rotables management. • Support and develop new procedures. • Improve Parts management in conjunction with the Supply Chain department. • Coach and manage planning offices all over sites • Establish the Maintenance KPI’s Reporting on all sites in various areas. • Administrate the CMMS • Develop within the CMMS a legal compliance process for statutory purpose.
Reporting to the Mining General Manager. Maintain Mobile Fleets and ensure their availabilities and Reliabilities at lower cost. Fleet include: CAT994F, 992K, 793D, 777D, CAT730C, CAT735,CAT740B, 980H, 966H, D11T, D10T, CATD9R, CATD8R, CAT390D, CAT390FL, CAT385C, CAT16M, CAT24M, CAT140K,CAT14H, SHOVELS RH340, CAT6060FS, CAT6030FS, CAT Drill MD5125CL & MD6240, Mobile Crushers (Metso110 & 120 Diesel and Electrical Powered) , CAT226B, CAT422E. • Establish Maintenance Equipment Plans for every asset • Define Maintenance Strategies for all fleets • Ensure Asset maintenance costs meet the budgets. • Manage the Components change outs and Rotables. • Ensure all Shop and field maintenance activities are done safely as per procedures in place. • Ensure all planning processes are observed. • Daily, weekly, monthly reporting for high management visibility. • Manage Labor, both subcontractors and internal. • Develop Workshop facilities and tooling. • Rigging control • Manage New equipments Assembly projects. • Warranty Management and Legal Compliances.
