Responsible for the development of all new and existing commercial relationships. This involves the responsibility for all business flow, from the relationship with the manufacturer, product configuration, purchases (orders, pricing, negotiations), stocks, network development, commercial strategies to delivery to the end customer. I lead the whole commercial activity (strategy and sales plan) from strategic sourcing, to customer negotiations. I am also responsible for managing budgets and P&L reports as well as establishing long term partnerships with the clients. In particular I provide insight into the performance and profitability levels of all our official distributors to achieve our target for the coming year.
