Entrepreneur turned executive, I have built my career around one core theme: creating value by building and scaling growth platforms in demanding business environments. I launched my first company at 23, which gave me an early and lasting grounding in ownership, risk-taking, commercial execution and resilience. That entrepreneurial DNA still defines my leadership style today. Over the years, I have operated across startups, global corporations and private equity-backed businesses, leading growth, digital commerce and transformation agendas in consumer-focused sectors. At Cooper Consumer Health, where I serve as Chief E-commerce Officer and Executive Committee member, I lead group e-commerce and contribute more broadly to growth, digital media and AI transformation. During my tenure, e-commerce has scaled from €6M to c.€110M, while the company grew from c.€500M to c.€1.1Bn. Before that, I held leadership roles at L’Oréal and Pernod Ricard, covering global transformation, omnichannel growth, retailer acceleration and full P&L ownership. My edge lies in combining entrepreneurial instinct, strategic clarity and execution discipline; identifying where value can be created, structuring the right growth model, and mobilizing teams to deliver measurable results.
