I work across the Mayo ecosystem to build and scale the next generation of healthcare companies, from therapeutics and diagnostics to enabling platforms and digital health. I serve on multiple boards and am active in industry organizations focused on womenโs leadership, healthcare innovation, and public-private collaboration. Previously, I founded the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, one of the largest cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing organizations in the world. I raised over $500 million to build the company and led its rapid scaling before its acquisition by SK Group and integration into SK pharmtecoโs CDMO platform. Prior to CBM, I spent two decades as a private equity executive, investment banker, and CPA, with deep expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and investing. I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and am a registered CPA in Illinois.
