As program manager, oversaw 2 separate work streams with ongoing analyses to audit over $90 billion in annual Medicare payments for fraudulent billing, generating ~$35 million in federal savings annually. As lead analyst, designed & implemented difference-in-difference, time-series and outlier analyses using SAS to measure impact of 2 Medicare innovation programs and identify strategies for improvement. Developed algorithm to identify patients with chronic conditions or other vulnerable populations, detecting & mitigating discriminatory behavior in the national Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program.
