Acting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within a part-time Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) mission. Supporting GS1’s global office with end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and international profiles. Partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies, improve processes, and secure high-quality hires for a global environment.
- Lead & coach the global recruitment team - up to 110 hires in 2023 in 10 countries in Europe and in Hong-Kong - Stakeholders managements on the management and MT level - Manage senior direct searches & confidential recruitments - Develop the talent acquisition strategy and roadmap execution - Create hiring & sourcing plans in all locations and for all positions - Design and maintain an efficiency and quality driven recruitment process with 25% of hirings via own direct search from the internal recruitment team - Employer branding & candidate experience - ATS optimisation, automtaion of processes
