🚀 What makes my role exciting? > A strong data- and quality-driven foundation within the Talent Development department > A stimulating digital dimension, balancing innovation and user support > A real impact on the employee experience and the overall performance of HR processes > A transversal role allowing me to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. - Implementation and monitoring of HR KPIs - Management of HR processes within our Center of Excellence, ensuring rigorous follow-up and continuous improvement - Mapping, documenting, and optimizing processes to guarantee clarity, consistency, and performance - Training needs analysis in collaboration with field teams and aligned with strategic objectives, including offer comparisons and management of public procurement procedures - Oversight of soft skills programs, cross-departmental training days, teambuilding and leadership development paths for managerial audiences, aligned with competency development priorities - End-to-end organization of internal and external training sessions (invitations, venues, equipment, catering) and welcoming external trainers to ensure a smooth, professional experience - Active monitoring of training-related legislation (e.g. GDPR, Employment Deal), ensuring compliance and adapting processes to regulatory requirements - Data reliability improvement through quality checks, targeted feedback, and management reporting - Operational focal point for digital HR tools: user support, training, issue resolution, and coordination with vendors - Active participation in the development and rollout of new tools and features — from preparation and testing to validation and launch of our new Learning Management System (LMS).
- Management of the recruitment process : defining needs, coordination with recruitment agencies, interviews, contracts, reporting… - Onboarding / Offboarding / Dismissal - Management of leave and sick leave - Work permit.
- Presentation of the conditions of expatriation/impatriation to the employee - Organization of the departure/arrival of the employee and his family if necessary - Management of operations related to payroll (expense report, etc.) - Payroll for expatriates (entry in SAP, edition of payslips, PAS & RAS declarations) - Management of operations related to taxation with the external service provider.
- FR/BE individual salary measures (salary increase, variable parts/bonuses, performance shares) - Salary measures of our branches (DEU, DNK, ITA, POL, TUR, FIN, ESP, CHE, GBR) - Benchmark and compensation studies.
- Activity reporting and monitoring (recruitment quotas, diversity, highlights, indicators) - Maintaining relations with Belgian universities (sponsorship contract, platforms, job fairs) - Management of media communication actions (push event job boards, native story, post on social networks, bannering campaigns, development of the employer brand) - New identity (rebranding) : creation of a new stand for our job fairs and orders of goodies.
