Providing day-to-day operational HR support for the Belgium organizations for Colgate-Palmolive Benelux & Colgate Research & Development & Colgate Netherlands. This role includes: •Co-ordinating the recruitment & onboarding processes, and exit processes •Activating local training co-ordination and logistics to deliver against the learning plans • Helping with day to day HR queries from employees and managers • Ensuring flawless execution of payroll, benefit and HR administration •Interacting with external partners such as local authorities, payroll companies, insurance companies, temp agencies, company doctors and furthmore to deliver HR related services • Staying abreast of external environment and inform stakeholders about relevant regulation, legislation, practices and ideas regarding HR aspects •Managing company events and organizing logistics for local meetings and workshops. • Supporting HR projects across the Benelux region, as directed by the HRBP
Responsible for fulfilling business demands assigned to a particular resource pool and for getting employees staffed This role includes: • Driving the staffing process till fulfillment of assigned roles in a timely manner. • Managing and tracking people productivity metrics such as chargeability, availability, average time to fill demands for respective resource pools •Keeping all internal tools and reporting up-to-date at any moment. •Understanding needs, preferences, skills, etc. and match people to the roles accordingly •Considering and balancing various scheduling principles in making decisions • Creating short-term and long term supply plans for an assigned resource pool based on current and future demand view
Collaborating with the BeLux Inclusion & Diversity team on the coordination and implementation of their different initiatives. This role includes: • Coordinating stream leads in the implementation of the annual Inclusion & Diversity action plan • Providing hands-on support for specific activities/events such as BeLux Diversity Day, Career Coaching for Female Consultants… • Monitoring the Inclusion & Diversity budget • Proactively working with the Inclusion & Diversity Lead, Stream Leads and the Marketing & Communications team to ensure our activities are promoted across internal communications (magazine, monthly newsletter, internal websites/blogs…) • Presenting the Inclusion & Diversity program at internal Accenture events such as Community Events and New Joiner Seminars • Providing administrative support to the Inclusion & Diversity Lead in Belgium & Luxembourg
• HR Metrics: Set up an online HR reporting system: Exercise concerning KPIs, first line contact with technical provider and relevant HR managers, responsible of data collection, preparation of the data log and manuals, assisted in the pre-analyzation of the data Assisting in setting up a new HR software: Preparing data to fit into Data Transfer Utility (Excel application), upload all data in master database,assisting in planning demo & training session with HR managers within EU, developing an incident log file, preparing training material and job aides for all parties • Developing an orientation program for interns and responsible for knowledge transfer to the next trainee • Recruitment: Create job descriptions and post it online
• Resource Management / Data input: Keep the database up-to-date • Translation from Dutch to English of articles
• Perform selection interviews with qualified candidates • Testing of qualified candidates • Search resumes in appropriate databases • Create job descriptions and effectively fill open positions
