Lead Counsel for the development of a 430 MW gas to power plant project (investment of approx. 350 million Euro) and a gas pipe line project (reviewing drafting and negotiation of all relevant contracts including EPC contracts, real estate, grid connection contracts, public permit) Drafting, negotiation and reviewing financial and physical commodity sale and purchase agreements (including master trading agreements like EFET, IETA,GTMA, ISDA, DRV etc) as well as tailor made long term gas and biomass supply agreements and renewable power off-take and tolling agreements Advise on corresponding finance and credit support Legal practise in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contracts and service contracts Legal practice in preparation, negotiation and reviewing legal documents regarding procurement, operation, maintenance and commercial management for power generation facilities (wind, gas, hydro) Advise on the regulatory framework for power generation facilities as well as commodity trading Strategic advise on litigation and arbitration as well as coordination of external counsels
