I am providing cost, scope and cycle estimates for complex Gas repairs at a global level, partnering with all shops providing Gas repairs. I am also driving the development of Gas Turbine standard cost models & process improvement, developing harmonised Gas estimating across the network.
Lead a team of estimators and partnering with stakeholders in sales, engineering and fulfillment to drive harmonized, on time and accurate tendering across factories focused on repairing and manufacturing new parts for steam turbines and generators. Support service shop leaders in increasing offer competitiveness and winning rates. Lead quote standardization and tendering process improvements aimed to reduce offer lead time and improve communication between stakeholders.
Responsible for business financials, operations and growth deliverable of two portfolios in the Spanish Energy Market. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Lead my team in the customer fulfillment expectations regarding the operational performance of GE power plants; • Manage all aspects of contractual service agreements including P&L, customer service and technical support; • Lead the flawless execution of the contracts for achieving fleet financial targets; • Interface with sale and risk teams for new customer opportunities; • Coordinate all GE departments to provide the best service to the assigned contractual and transactional customers;
Management of high value long-term service agreements for power plant facilities. My role included ownership of the customer relationship & ability to meet internal GE objectives. Additional responsibilities included, but were not limited to the following: • Execute contract obligations to achieve Financial Operating Plan; • Support customer in operational technical issue, forced and planned outages; • Order / track / validate billing for parts and services requested by the customer; • Cost or financial data collection and reconciliation; • Develop and maintain an understanding of power plant industries; • Liaise with Outage Planning to ensure appropriate schedules for all GE dept and subcontracts to meet Contracts obligations.
Down-hole data acquisition and analysis to improve well productivity. Cased Hole operations on Chevron offshore platforms performed with production logging and neutron generator tools.
• Cased hole services as perforating, pipe recovering, casing bond logging, correlation logging, caliper survey and plugs/packer setting on offshore and onshore ENI platforms (Pescara – Italy). • Logistic and field tasks to introduce the cased hole business in new markets (Point Noire - Congo). • Production data acquisition and analysis, caliper survey with multifingers imaging tools on offshore TOTAL platforms (Samarinda – Indonesia). • Detailed analytical record of the geology, oil and gas shows and drilling parameters on onshore SONATRACK platforms (Hassi Massou – Algeria).
