KPI Reporting: Analyze current flows via Power BI, suggest process improvements, and perform necessary analyses for management, dispatchers and hauliers. Project Leader/Participant: Lead projects such as switching to a new planner tool and implementing a new SAP version. Create and introduce new KPIs.
