• Implement and maintain Heineken global data standards and processes • Analyze unalignments based on Data Quality Dashboard • Participate in the data standardization project to align the existing data in the existing IT solutions with the defined global standards. • Lead DMW (Data Migration Workbench) cleansing efforts within the project: perform on-going assessment and monitoring of compliance to data quality standards in OpCo. • Support Business Analysts and Project Managers in defining data architectures within application projects, in order to ensure compliance with standards • Analyze and assess the impacts and risks associated with data changes • Monitor the state of the data and compliance with standards, identifying the gaps to be filled and proposing interventions and actions to improve the quality of the data • Monitor data quality through specific metrics, identifying and correcting anomalies to ensure that data is always reliable and valid for analysis. • To act as a point of reference for business users regarding the interpretation, meaning and correct use of data, also providing training and guidelines for its correct manipulation. • Manage relationships with Data Owners and Data Domain Experts to align them on the progress of the standardization process • Resolve data management issues for the OpCo and escalate problems where necessary to the data quality lead • Participate in the HeinekenData Community, sharing and implementing best practices. • Catalogue and maintain terminology into business glossary.
Responsibilities: Manages and prioritizes the product roadmap and the team backlog in alignment with the ART Backlog. Determines the Agile Team capacity allocation (business features, enabler features). Prioritizes issues (defects) and refactoring tasks as part of the Team Backlog. Coordinates User Stories with the team; responsible for approval of User Stories against Definition of Done and acceptance criteria. Participate in exploration activities to further learn customer needs and help definition of features. Ensures Features meet Definition of Ready before being presented to the Agile Team for planning. Runs System Demos. Works together with the Release Train Engineer on Program Increment planning and delivers input for further execution of the Program Increment. Working with Product Management, Business SME, and other stakeholders. Contribute towards the definition of the vision and strategy for Master Data Governance. Collaboration with operational teams, data owners, and partners to help ensure the understanding and alignment of E2E data governance processes. Contribute to ensuring that master data governance is lived within the project and users are trained accordingly to ensure consistency, uniformity and accuracy of data across all systems. Actively works with the cross-divisional teams to reduce master data defects and develop processes that reduce non-value added work. Influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives. Perform testing for MD. Creates MD for other teams and for testing. Supports Deployments, and Master data team.
The role purpose is to deliver successful data migrations and to manage global EVO related projects, taking responsibility for master data migration in line with designed processes by Governance Team\ Data Leads and responsible for execution of Data Migration plan and be able to drive the data cleansing and deliver on data quality assurance during data migrations.
• Key supporting role serves as single point of contact to all Material Master Data Stakeholders as well Shared Services Centers, to provide optimal support to Material Master Data processes, applications and escalations. • Management of support activities within the assigned business areas (management of team consisting of internal key users, business process owners, experts and IT). • Conduct periodic meetings with other Data Manager colleagues to discuss findings, seek solutions (in the case of problems arising), and decide on ways forward. • Identifying possible improvements on company processes and systems within Material Master Data management and drive improvements to ensure efficient master data processes and high quality of master data within company systems. • Single point of contact to all Material Master Data stakeholders (marketing, supply planning, product development, business planning, packaging, purchasing, 3PM etc.) in order to give optimal support to the business within SAP, PIA and other Material Master Data related applications. • Act as a Process Expert and manage expectations within Global/Local projects at Henkel Manage to keep all stakeholders regularly updated and informed with latest findings, address possible improvements. • Establish, maintain and review regularly the internal Annual Training plan for Material Master Data stakeholders, develop and coordinate all respective documentation activities.
