Part of a 24-member committee selected through various rigorous interview processes to nurture and maintain relations between the corporate and NITIE through multiple avenues of campus engagements. The major responsibilities include: - Campus-Corporate liaison for companies across sectors - Organizing various campus engagement activities such as workshops, competitions and guest lectures for the students for gaining industry knowledge - In-charge for handling the inventory of the Placement Committee - Coordinating with students and companies for recruitment activities for Summer Internships and Finals Placements
Projects 1. Title: To Develop SOP for End to End Planning Process Methodology: - Mapped the Supply Planning Process using Flowcharts and Swim lanes - Developed RACI matrix, defined SIPOC for the planning process and stakeholders - Identified the Critical Resources in planning process & innovated methods to overcome the shortcomings - Utilised Pareto approach to identify focus areas and developed standard guidelines for critical situations Achievements: Appreciation and approval for immediate implementation by the leadership team and key stakeholders present across the globe 2. Title: To Study and Suggest Improvements in the Labeling Process Methodology: - Studied the labeling process and identified the critical activities in the process by implementing PERT-CPM method - Developed Swimlanes, RACI matrix for cross functional stakeholders - Defined SIPOC for labeling processes, applied Critical Path Method and performed Crashing
