I lead system level automation design and optimization for high throughput ASRS and shuttle environments, extending WCS/WES platforms to improve stability in subfreezing environments.

◾️ Lead seven-person team with 75 employees in 150,000 sq. ft. facility. Control P&L, annual operating plans, and monthly forecasts. Direct capital expenditure project development from financial justification to completion.
