Merhaba, 1999 KTÜ İnşaat Bölümünden mezun oldum. Yaklaşık 15 senelik bir şantiye hayatım var. Saha mühendisliğinden proje müdürlüğüne kadar, yurt içi ve yurt dışı bir çok projede yer aldım. Toki, çevre ve şehircilik, il özel idaresi, Dsi ve Kara yollarında, çeşitli idarelerden iş alan müteahhit firmalarla çalıştım . Devlet işinden yap satcılığa toplu konuttan nitelikli konuta kadar geniş bir yelpazede çeşitli projelerde bulundum.
5 + 1 BEDROOM & 6 BATHROOMS VILLAS The villas are 3.5 floors very large and they come with optional lift and sauna option. There is private parking space for the each villa as well as general parking space for the compound. On the ground floor there is 2nd living room (Meclis or Guest Room with small kitchenette area), Mate room with en-suite bathroom, and also common bathroom. The 2nd living room is opening up to a 30 sqm private terrace outside. On the 1st floor there is large living room, covered kitchen and large common bathroom. Şantiyeyi yönetmek, taşeronları organize etmek, sözleşmeleri hazırlamak. Projelere uygun imalat yapmak. İş güvenliği ve gerekli personeli idare etmek.
