As Onboarding Manager my responsibilities included, but were not limited to: - Creating processes for onboarding contractors and internal hires. - Maintaining communication with candidates throughout their onboarding process, including tax and payroll paperwork, policy distribution, timekeeping procedures, and addressing any questions that arose before starting. - Working with internal managers to create an effective and efficient onboarding training schedule, meeting all company requirements and expectations. - Was responsible for running contractor payroll, including communication with contractors to ensure timely submission and processing, sick time, and working with company HR to help facilitate Leave requests and needs. - Worked within internal operations team to foster positive culture, employee engagement, efficient processes and communication lines. - Consistent and passionate member of multiple internal committees. Including being the Head of internal Inclusion and Belonging committee (formerly DE & I), working with committee members to deliver regular learnings to internal staff. - Kept track of internal recognition system. - Other duties as assigned.
