I am an operationally experienced prevention and behavioral analysis professional with a background spanning combat environments, prevention strategy, trauma-informed systems, training modernization, and sociocultural analysis. As a U.S. Marine veteran and prevention specialist, my work has focused on understanding human behavior, organizational risk, resilience, and the social dynamics that influence conflict, violence, trust, and operational effectiveness. I have supported prevention modernization efforts, strategic training initiatives, and behavioral risk analysis while working across multidisciplinary teams in high-responsibility environments. I am particularly interested in the intersection of human terrain analysis, emerging AI capabilities, behavioral science, and conflict prevention. My long-term goal is to help bridge operational experience, human-centered analysis, and technology to improve prevention, decision-making, and stability efforts in complex and high-risk environments. Alongside my professional work, I am currently researching and writing on the evolution of the Lioness Program, Female Engagement Teams (FETs), and Cultural Support Teams (CSTs), preserving the stories and operational lessons of women who served in combat and culturally sensitive operational roles during the Global War on Terror. Integrated Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) principles into the Internal Review Committee (IRC) process, modernizing training with technology and tailoring content through sociocultural and audience analysis. Developed “Prevention in Action” training emphasizing protective factors and cross-cultural approaches to prevent destructive behaviors and strengthen resilience. Supported congressional testimony preparation, providing WPS-informed perspectives on prevention and gender considerations in security environments. Conducted policy and legislative analysis, identifying gendered impacts of new laws and advising leadership on strategies to reduce risks and mitigate roadblocks. International Experience Conducted qualitative research in Thailand on human trafficking, interviewing survivors and coding data with NVivo/HyperResearch. Observed and documented humanitarian crises across Southeast Asia, focusing on women and children. Led efforts to institutionalize sexual assault prevention policies across international and domestic workforces. Delivered prevention-focused reports and briefings to senior leadership. Conducted mixed-methods research on cultural influences in child development at a bilingual international school. Domestic Experience Collected and analyzed stakeholder input to shape reports and prevention strategies. Designed campaigns and training on domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and trafficking prevention. Supported congressional testimony preparation and legislative analysis with WPS-informed insights. Delivered keynote speeches on trafficking and veteran resilience at regional conferences. o Conducted field research resulting in qualitative psychosocial profiles of conflict communities in Iraq and Syria who are exposed to ongoing civil conflicts between ISIS, Iranian IRGC-Quds Force militias, the Assad Regime, AANES-SDF, the Syrian National Army faction, and their international sponsors of Russia, U.S. and Turkey, respectively. The communities researched and profiled include Al-Qaim, Al-Ramadi, Nineveh, Salah Al-Din, Al-Rukban IDP Camp, o Developed and expanded on information resources in Iraq and Syria as an Operational Supports Officer. o Organized, led, and synthesized field research products of approximately 41 host national research personnel in Iraq and Syria. o Conducting qualitative analysis and reports while developing and expanding information resources as operations support requirements increase.
