I write the PRD before I write the code. 2.5 years as an SDET at Hashedin by Deloitte taught me how products actually ship: user research, acceptance criteria, go/no-go decisions, KPI tracking, and the messy cross-functional work in between. I owned quality strategy across two enterprise SaaS platforms, partnered with a CTO on feature discovery, and drove a performance fix that cut error rates by 7.8% and tripled load tolerance. That testing instinct -- knowing exactly where systems break -- is now how I build AI products. For Synapse Research Workspace, I architected agentic pipelines using Claude API and Tavily that automate research discovery end to end. For InternTrack, I defined KPIs and a phased roadmap in a PRD before touching any code, then built LLM-powered company intelligence on a full-stack FastAPI and React application. For HalalLens, I ran 8 competitor teardowns, sized a $775B market, and defined SMART success metrics for a consumer mobile app targeting 50M+ users.
