I am a proactive and entrepreneurial Industrial Engineering student at Istanbul Technical University with a passion for innovation, data analytics, and continuous improvement. As the Co-Founder of Qampus, a funded youth engagement platform connecting 50+ universities and 300+ student communities, I’ve gained hands-on experience in project management, strategic partnerships, and performance analytics. I also have experience in sustainability-focused innovation through founding Nova Youth Company, where we developed PVC-based biodegradable materials recognized in national competitions. My goal is to combine engineering principles with business intelligence to create scalable, data-driven solutions that add real value to organizations.
-Coordination and follow‑up of works in various branches such as marketing activities, student club and company communications, mobile app development process, which are responsible for the 45 employees within the structure. -Ensuring budgetary management and negotiating sponsorships with companies. -Drawing up strategy plans together with the investor and planning in which areas the company will be active in the near and long term. -Grew platform reach to 40,000+ users and 300+ student clubs.
