An e-MSP gives EV drivers access to EV charging solutions and the complex EV ecosystem. Deftpower connects the EV driver to charge points and energy markets all across Europe. With my teams I focus on the white label App of Deftpower and next to that on Smart Charging. Which is the next revolution in the EV-market. With Smart Charging Deftpower can reduce net congestion by charging EV’s at the most optimum time of the charging session. Whilst making money for the EV driver and by that reducing total cost of ownership of your EV. With this solution we solve an urgent (upcoming) issue in the Energy Market.
I decided that it was time for a new challenge within bol.com. Therefore I moved to another area, to broaden my skillset as a Group Product Manager. This new group of Products is about inspiring customers on bol.com. Think of topics like 'shop the look', 'brand activation pages' and the bol Homepage. I'm happy to learn a completely new area and work with new things like Data Science. The same set of tasks is on my plate as in my former job at the Loyalty domain. The most important difference is I now have around 45 people working in my Products and that I'm the People manager of all the Product Managers in my group.
My group of Products is 4 Products strong, all working on Customer Loyalty related topics. The Product teams consist of Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Designers and Product Managers. With these 35 people we try to solve customer problems related to Customer Loyalty. What I do as Group Product Manager: - Develop the Product vision and strategy - Optimize both Product Discovery as well as Product Delivery processes - Define and analyze the metrics and Key Results that are created to solve customer problems - Create an OKR with Outcomes that help to solve customer problems - Translate the bol.com vision to the Product vision and vice versa - Retain and attract Product talent for one of the four teams - Work closely together with the Strategic Product Designer and Tech Lead in the so called Product Trio to continuously balance the Viability, Feasibility and Desirability aspects - Constantly evaluate the Product Topology to see if the organization still fits to the (market) conditions and customer needs - Coach and inspire the Product teams with new insights and opportunities that might help in solving the customer problems - A lot of stakeholdermanagement with departments like Business Development, Marketing, Logistics, Finance etc.
In this job I was Senior Product Manager of 2 teams that innovated on the Select and Kobo Plus loyalty programs. These programs are very important for bol.com, to meet the goals on Customer Loyalty.
