Bestsellers: 'The most beautiful wine cellars in the world', 'The Vatican Secret Archives'. From idea to concept: collect information, research on the subjects, develop editorial formula. Start up, coordinate, supervise and control the production process: selection and recruitment of the production staff; financial calculations and financial management; giving instructions and guidance to the authors, photographers, translators, correctors, designers, printers; watch the deadlines - time management; judge and control the files; approve the plot proofs. Formulate and implement the promotion and communication plan for each project: organisation of book presentations, mailings to the different target groups, draw up actions and conclude partnerships, create promotion and communication material, participating at international book fairs. Press: develop press material, organise press presentations, contact and follow up of journalists. Sales: select distribution partners, maintain contact with all parties, create sales material, follow-up sales from external distributors and ensure direct sales to companies and individuals.
