- Taking responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements, and specify effective business processes - Co-operation with senior client and IT staff as required, conducting investigations at a high level for strategy studies, requirements specifications and feasibility studies - Utilization of business experience and skills to assess and advice on the practicability of alternatives, marrying up technical limitations with operational realities, to product fit for purpose solutions - Taking responsibility as needed for the detailed specification and modeling of recommended solutions using resources, standards, methods, and tools as required - Appling available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way, and produces a consistently high standard of documentation of both a technical and a descriptive nature - Planning, arranging, and controlling meetings, workshops, and relations with client/user staff during system investigations and throughout subsequent development work. Taking responsibility at a high level for the proper conduct of such relations - Assisting clients/users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems, and taking responsibility for their proper execution. - Assessing the risks, costs, and potential benefits of alternative business process designs - Help establishing requirements for the implementation of changes in business processes - Leveraging off existing corporate process models to ensure consistency across the organization - Ensuring that the project takes account of contextual factors in the definition of functional and non-functional requirements and in the developing design solution - Preparing periodic reports according to the established schedule
- Collecting information from different sources - Organizing collected information - Coordination and interaction with the customer in the process of developing, testing and implementation of computer systems - Building functional models (business processes, data model) - Preparation of project documentation in the format of the technical specification of computer systems - Training and presentation provided by the system - Coordination of the work with the customer - Preparation of monthly report to the customers - Coordination group of employees
- Coordination of system architecture with different vendors participating in the project - Control of the common responsibility of integration of technical solutions - Ensuring system delivery completion on time and with high quality - Control of integration testing - Control user support and service consulting to the parties - Work closely with VTM (Venue Technology Manager) and telecommunication manager, to ensure that the milestones identified in projects Master Plan for requirements definition, installation, deployment and operation of relevant systems - Identify and report to PMO of the problems that may affect the integration activities
