As a senior customer success architect, I help software development teams to enable continuous delivery of value to their customers. I have experience working with startups, large enterprises, and government organizations on three continents. I have more than 10 years of experience developing software, and I have both served as a scrum master and trained scrum masters to serve their own teams. I help organizations set up and configure their GitHub services, and help their teams automate their software build process, testing, and release pipelines, to help them deliver high-quality solutions, faster than ever before.
I help enterprise customers adopt AI-powered development workflows, specializing in GitHub Copilot implementation and LLM integration strategies. My work involves developing custom MCP-based solutions in Python, designing training workshops on prompt engineering best practices, and serving as the technical bridge between customers and product teams. I conduct quarterly gap analyses to align platform capabilities with evolving customer needs and regularly present AI development solutions at conferences and customer events. Through hands-on enablement and strategic guidance, I drive measurable improvements in how development teams leverage AI to innovate and deliver value.
