Design the common international brand platform in cooperation with the international teams to ensure coherence in all countries through a consistent and highly integrated branding strategy. Plan and implement all marketing & promotional activities, closely cooperating with sales department. Supervise Merchandising team by setting action plans with guidelines of in store activities (POP, competitors activities etc) & reporting (results analysis, improvement plans & KPIs). Develop ATL campaigns & catalogues. Control & monitor department's marketing budget plan.
Develop and implement clients' media plan placement and time buying in cooperation with media shop for all media means. (Clients: Subaru Motors Hellas, Stephanides Group LTD, Symbol Hellas). Participate in the development of the idea, the design and the evolution of a creative concept. Supervise the production of ATL material & organize promotional events.
Supervise the development and continuous update of the company's website. Coordinate events of shoe exhibitions & PR Events. Develop sales and marketing material (brochures, leafets, POP material).
