As a HR Account Executive, I am responsible for all HR processes of Otokoç Fiat & Otokoç Spare & HQ Retail Planning And Business Development. *Contribute and ensure the delivery of all HR Strategies *Understand the business drivers, strategy and function as a strategic partner to the business *Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues *Drive the talent agenda through the identification of talent pool candidates, career development, coaching, and development planning *Support and lead HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management activities *Regular visits to Otokoç Otomotiv's branch and offices around Turkey *Act as a single point of contact for business units while ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities (from the recruitment process, orientation process, performance management, headcount planning and exit process, and HR reportings etc.) *Implement learning and development strategies in order to increase the talent capabilities to achieve long term business results

Responsible for HR processes of Renaissance Heavy Industry (Udokan Mining and Metallurgical Factory, Murmansk Arctic LNG-2, Amur Gas Processing Plant Projects) and Renaissance Real Estate Investment Group (12 Shopping Center) and Head Office * Responsible for the selection and recruitment processes off all level of employees * Preparing and posting job advertisements in job boards * Making phone/video and face to face interviews with candidates * Preparing the forms of candidates after interviews * Checking candidates’ given references * Giving offer to positive candidate and making job contract * Orientation of hired employees and interns; supplying their benefits, * Supporting to processes both of the performance management system and targe * Responsible for recruitment reporting process such as position based, weekly, monthly reports * Updating organizational charts of group companies by using Visio software * Making interview and report about employees’ satisfaction * Assisting in preparation job analyzes * To keep follow the process of annual leave * Making resigning interview All transactions are done by using SAP SuccessFactors system.
