o Responsible to manage & develop Fibre Cement Board & Panel Business multiple fold Outside India. o Conceptualizing business plan and strategies in order to maintain top and bottom line. o Driving significant changes in communication strategy & brand strategy in order to develop and change customer perception about Fibre Cement Boards. o Establishing project tracking, Customer data management, project management system in order to have better analysis of trends & effective review mechanism etc.
