Sourcing candidates from various career portals as well as placing ads on career portals. Screening cv's received by candidates. Calling candidates and conducting telephonic interviews to qualify candidates for positions available. Setting up interviews for candidates who passed the telephonic screening. Conducting in dept interviews with candidates. Forwarding qualified candidates to clients. Setting up client interviews with candidates. Performing all administration duties with candidates applications from when they came for their interview until they are placed. Keeping a database of potential candidates.
• Attending weekly Client visits in order to stay abreast of changes. • Procuring new orders from clients. • Liaising with recruitment with regards to new orders. • Adding of vacancies to the data base. • Posting adverts for all vacancies. • Screening cv’s and sending candidate cv’s to recruiters. • When needed, booking and conducting interviews. • Custom matching all candidates before submitting cv’s to clients. • Liaising with recruitment with regards to the outcome of screened and interviewed candidates as per the client. • Negotiate employment terms and offering with client to suit candidates needs • Sending all necessary documents and checks to the clients. • Processing weekly and monthly payroll, as well as submitting leave forms, temp queries and change of bank details forms before payroll deadline. • Submitting all relevant documents to clients for successful candidates in order for the client to load candidate onto their systems. • Processing billings. • Ensuring all QA is up to date. • Sending all invoices to relevant clients. • Following up on outstanding invoices. • Ensuring monthly budget is achieved. • Maintaining and increasing contingent head count. • Temp initiatives such as gifts for birthdays and anniversaries and monthly incentives for best employee. • Closely working with client to implement systems to eradicate retention and attrition statistics (eg, RTW, Performance Management ect) • Issuing warnings to temps, where relevant and actioning disciplinary hearings when necessary. • Attending disciplinary hearings and advising clients of outcome
