About

Life Principles: 1. Give more to the world than I receive. 2. Success is meaningless without service. Fulfillment is found in living for what you were made for. 3. Lead with empathy, compassion, and discipline. The 2034 Mission: My goal is to bridge the gap between private capital and public service to impact at least one million lives. I build systems that prioritize long-term value-creation and educational empowerment over short-term wins. Current Focus: • Director of Data and Investments at The Martin Group (Multifamily) • Founder, Joshi Core Intelligence Network: Host of Architecture of the Inevitable, a forensic intelligence podcast extracting the operational knowledge operators, economists, and capital allocators in the longevity economy have never shared publicly • Senior Housing Policy Researcher at UC Berkeley (Grant-funded): studying the intersection of aging infrastructure, capital markets, and public health policy Contact: ashwin[at]themartingroup[.]com CA DRE# 02342765

Experience

  • Vice President of Strategic Development at HospitalsWithoutBorders

As VP of Strategic Development, I am architecting the financial and policy frameworks to scale HWB's global mission: deploying high-tech medical clinics to crisis zones in days, not decades. I work directly with our founder, Fuad Sweiss, and our distinguished board, including a former U.S. Treasurer (The Hon. Jovita Carranza) and senior leaders from the World Bank (IFC), to build these new systems. Our goal: to build the sustainable, high-speed logistics platform that will change how the world responds to a crisis.
