I can coach you on any aspect of your life where you feel "stuck." My approach is to listen and ask questions to understand where you want to be and what you want to achieve. I will encourage you to dream a little. Together we will develop and start implementing a plan that will bring what matters most to you into your life. This is a joint effort: everyone needs someone to listen, challenge and encourage us. I am ready to do my part! Here are some more specific ways I can help you: • To identify the life you want and create concrete action-oriented plans to realistically achieve those goals • To identify the obstacles to success as you define it and develop creative ways to get past them every time • To identify and use your strengths, and the strengths of your colleagues, to be more efficient at work • To clarify your goals, and the goals of your organization, to eliminate unproductive action • To build supportive and productive teams appropriate to the goals of your business • To develop a business that turns your dreams into results • To find ways to bring fun and joy into your life, in small bursts or in major ways • To find love and build nourishing relationships • To build a wardrobe affordably that expresses who you are and represents you favorably Still want to know more? Punk Rope is a playful mash-up of recess and boot camp, which combines creative calisthenics, group conditioning drills, and rope jumping with raise-the-roof music and insanely fun themes. Punk Rope makes fitness fun and accessible and builds community. I offer group instruction at fitness centers or for private groups. This is a great class to take with your friends and colleagues and serves as a great icebreaker while providing a challenging workout no matter what your fitness level is.
