As the Chief Operating Officer for a department of over 500 people, I oversaw administrative services including budget, fiscal, IT, contracts and employee services. In addition to this I oversaw a $2 billion capital improvement program at the regional wastewater facility as well as the sustainability and compliance programs which include energy programs, resilience planning, legislative affairs, safety programs, and air, land and water permit compliance.
