An automobile engineer having experience of both automobile manufacturing and service industry having good knowledge about modern automobile technologies. In my current job I have handled all technical matters both internally within the team and externally with the end-user. Be the voice of the brand and initiate first contact with prospective leads. Understand the customer problems and suggest suitable solutions basis brand service offerings. Pitch brand services offered clearly to prospective leads. Prepare and Share service/repair quotations to prospective leads in accordance to their requirement. Follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis. Scheduling service appointments & internally coordinating with the operations team & partner workshops. Present clear and concise technical reports & recommendations to end-users before or during the fulfillment of the work Post service follow up for feed-back / problem resolution. Oversee the complete quality control process right from the time the car enters the workshop to the final dispatch Be the technical lead and technically explain and handle all technical matters both internally within the team and externally with the end-user.
Making DISS tickets of vehicles. Co-ordinate with technician and help them perform test plans on vehicle. Sending & discussing queries with Audi India field technical heads to resolve problems in vehicle. Coordinate with warranty department to carry out warranty process on vehicle as per Audi norms. Checking technician write-up sheet check points and if work carried out accordingly. Making all kind of safety & technical related DISS tickets Maintaining DISS related documents & clearing DISS on daily basis Knowledge of DMS.
Responsible for analysis of customer complaint. Root Cause analysis of internal production line failures. Manage and maintain 8D projects and implementation. Responsible For customer CAPA. Communicating with vendors for jigs, fixture and supporting equipment. Simulation at customer end to understand exact failure condition. Responsible for customer complaint analysis interacting with customer. Take counter measure action for Non conformance product. Reduce the Internal PPM through audit & analysis.
I was in the powertrain department,concentrated on the quality control section basically it was a study project.Tracking down problems in engine,working of LBLT machine.
