Main projects focused on digitalisation of patient care services. Target patient groups are children and young people, people with chronic disorders, people with severe mental disorders and substance abuse problems, and frail elderly. Main tasks are conducting insight work, mapping different service pathways, work with profit realization, execution and integration of the new services into the current care systems in hospitals/ municipalities.
