Key Contributions: ▪ Successful scale-up and development of epoxy-lignin production process from lab-scale to pilot-scale o Designed and implemented a robust process suitable for different lignin feedstocks leading to the generation of prototype materials, customer samples, and a world-first 200L pilot campaign. ▪ Managed the timing and quality of all deliverables and ensured goals and activities were in-line with portfolio vision. ▪ Managed all internal and external stakeholders including financial reporting, presentations, and the exploration of commercial partnerships. ▪ Re-built reactor units to improve data-logging, ergonomics and safety leading to a 20% reduction in total process time. ▪ Coordinated the successful ISO 45001 and 14000 certification of the research laboratory.
Responsible for all laboratory infrastructure and the corresponding maintenance and development.
